Obiettivi formativi in Inglese: This course focuses on the most common techniques of molecular biology towards gene isolation and cloning. Based on the major scientific acquisitions obtained in the context of modern scientific research in genetics and molecular biology, the course will focused on theory basis and potential applications of recombinant DNA technologies. The application of these technologies to the development of innovative Biotechnological drugs and for gene therapy, as well as the molecular basis of action of these drugs will be deeply debated
