Obiettivi formativi: The decision process in the geophysical exploration industry is based on an increasing amount of data that comes from a wide range of applications, such as seismic data, geological data, well data, successful and un-succesful experiences, decision taken in the past and so on. This course provides the student with some of the methods and principles that can be applied to correlate and compare the various sources and get the more useful information from the big data available in view of the decisions to undertake.
