Topic of this course is the analysis of the current law system of the listed companies. Particular attention is given to the corporate governance of these companies and to the evolution of the concerning legislation. With this regard, the course focuses on the most recent legal innovations introduced by the legislative decree n. 58/1998 (so-called “Testo unico dell’intermediazione finanziaria”, Tuf), by the law n. 262/2005 (so-called “Legge sulla tutela del risparmio”) and by the legislative decree n. 303/2006.
