Learning outcomes
The course aims at providing a framework of the so-called Economic constitution, that is to say the constitutional principles that contribute to describe our form of the State as a welfare State. Starting from the principle of equality, especially in its dimension of substantive equality, the student will learn to examine the social rights and rights to performance, with the implications in terms of balancing. The student will achieve such a reading tool of economic and social phenomena in the complex reality of the contemporary State.
