The aim of the course is to strengthen the knowledge of the students in EU law, with special reference to the EU institutions, the system of the sources of law and the law of the internal market (free movement of goods, persons, services and capitals). The competence in these areas is necessary for operators of the publica administration given that the public administration has a duty to directly apply EU law
