The course is aimed to offer students a comprehensive overview of the main proceedings and results of the impact of Union law on national private law, with particular regard to contract and tort law. The course is aimed to analyse the main statutes, judgments of the European Court of Justice and the European court of Human Rights as well as the soft law.
