The course covers these specific topics: Environment protection (Costitunional law; EU law; international principles); Governance; Administrative proceeding. A part of the course will be dedicated to the analis of important cases of judicial review or legislation (domestic or EU). The teaching method are based on lectures and seminars. The student who completes the course successfully will be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of the main environmental protection (international, european and national ordinamental level's). He or she will be able to look critically at traditional regulation by command and control, and will have demonstrated the ability to define a environmental problem, besides relationship between envirnoment and markets.
