At the end of the seminar, partecipants will acquire specific knoledge regarding the contents and aims of the stability law, in its relations with the planning function of the Government, the decision-making competence of the Parliament and the necessary coordination with the European Stability Mechanism.
In particular, methods of prevention fraud in the use of European funds will be examined in greater detail, also in a comparative key.
The seminar will also focus on how auditing is carried out by the Court of Auditors of the Member States and the EWuropean Court of Auditors, analyzing the procedures adopted at national level and the other institutions responsible for such monitoring
