The seminar aims to provide specific knowledge regarding the functioning of the Italian Data Protection Authority and its relations with the Italian and European Institutions, with particular attention to their role and their functions.
In particular, will be examined the relationship between the right to privacy and the functions and principles of public administrations, in particular the territorial ones.
The relationship between the right to data privacy, trasparency and the right of access will also be deepened, also in light of the "Freedom of Information Act"
