Learning outcomes
The course aims to introduce students to the sociolinguistics of the French language and the problems related to the sociolinguistic variations of contemporary French in the international francophone area, with particular attention to the oral language. It also provides the theoretical fundamentals of compositional, enunciative and interpretative semantics aimed at the systematic study of the meaning of words, sentences and texts. Together with the written and oral exercises carried out by collaborators and linguistic experts (CEL), the course will offer the tools to acquire, refine and enhance the linguistic and communicative skills required for achieving B1 level of the European Framework.
