Learning outcomes

The course consists of two parts: 1) a thematic course, which describes the morphosyntactic characteristics of the Romanian language in Romanic context, and 2) a "lettorato" (practical exercises for the instrumental language learning), which aims to activate the fundamental structures of Romanian (morphology, syntax, vocabulary), leading the student to be able to manage communicative interactions in various situational contexts. Both the course and the language practice are structured in view of achieving the B1 competence level of the CEFR, which provides the ability to: understand the main elements in a clear speech in standard language on familiar topics; understand commonly used written texts related to everyday life or work; interact with native speakers or write simple texts on topics that are familiar, of personal interest or relating to everyday life.
