Educational objectives of the first year are established with the addition:
- Assistance to the gynecological patient who has to make urogynecologic visit, obstetric ultrasound and / or gynecology, colposcopy and outpatient menopause

- Execution of venepuncture at the clinic for prenatal diagnostic bitest

- Correct preparation of the truck for assistance to vaginal delivery in the delivery room
- Advice and execution of visiting midwives in the labor room
- Execution of the CTG in the continuum and intermittent
- Assistance to the afterbirth
- Assistance to the physician during the execution of episiorraphia or suture of a perineal tear
- Execution of the fetal umbilical pH at delivery

- Cleaning and assembly of surgical instruments in box of childbirth
- Cleaning and assembly of surgical instruments in box for cesarean section and for minor procedures such as diagnostic review and post-partum evision
