The course aims to further develop the theoretical analysis of the governing equations of fluid kinematics and dynamics, including applications to complex hydraulic phenomena. Namely, the course focuses on the following topics: a) fluid kinematics and dynamics, including experimental and numerical methodologies for the identification/modelling of kinematic fields and hydrodynamic forces, b) potential flows, c) turbulent flows.
