Learning outcomes

Aims of this course are:
1. Provide the main conceptual and methodological notions of social psychology, in particular regarding the scientific study of social cognition, prejudices, discrimination, altruistic behavior, group work, work of social influence, interaction and social communication
2. Provide the main notions about psychology of communication with particular attention to the analysis of cognitive, emotional and social skills envolved in communication process.
