Two important topics are theoretically covered during the Quality Management course, such as problem solving and audit techniques, but it is not possible to deepen their meaning and use.
The Quality Management Laboratory course takes up these topics and guides students towards a deeper understanding of them, integrating them into the work environment and thus enabling them to apply them in practice.
