The completely design approach of the course has the main objective to applied the knowledges received from other courses, mostly concerning industrial operations and management systems, through the realization of a project describing an enterprise realized in groups of 4 or 5 students. However, the knowledge acquired in other courses will be integrated by aspects concerning environmental sustainability and safety in order to develop an integrated company management system. Finally, the documentation that must be realized for the project will allow to apply typical tools and methods for designing and management of the business model, production and logistics activities.
