Learning outcomes

The course aims to provide conceptual and operational tools to deal with corporate transformation projects, generally guided by the adoption of new technological solutions, taking on the mission the positive response of the personnel involved in the change process. Objectives: to make aware of the impacts that change projects have on "human capital" and the relative risks of failure; to acquire knowledge of the general model that constitutes the framework with which to set the transition path; experiment with the use of methods and techniques to make the general framework operational; raise awareness of the various real contexts in which organizational transformation projects are implemented with the use of cases and testimoniance.
