Learning outcomes

Knowledge of basic principles of remote sensing, of aerial photographs and of photogeologic investigation techniques; ability to identify photogeologic units and to analyse the geomorphologic setting through the analysis of remote sensing data. Ability to reconstruct the genesis and evolution of landforms through photointepretation. Knowledge of the principle and techniques for producing geomorphological and derived maps and for recontructing landscape evolutionary models using remote sensing data.
