Learning outcomes
The course faces the most important arguments relating to the management of the industrial enterprises and it furnishes the theoretical and applicatory tools to face their manifold problems, firstly those induced from the changes in the competitive environment.
This course examines in particular way the strategic lever of marketing and logistics (supply chain management). These different topics will be illustrated, over that with the support of the teaching aids, also in collaboration with manager that will integrate the theoretical lessons with qualify business speeches.
The formative objectifies of the course are to furnish the necessary conceptual tools to understand the strengths and the dynamics that influence the conduct of the enterprises. In order to reach these objectives they will be illustrated the major theorists and operational approaches, essential to acquire an integrated, unitary and general vision of the business. Such approaches will consent to the students developing analytical and managerial ability, useful in the practice.
