"General objective
To provide the basics of the main economic concepts and terms for the financial economic management of profitable activities considering the problems of financing and the evaluation of the convenience of investments. Also provide Project Management tools and techniques, with an emphasis on their application to veterinary facilities.
Expected results
The student will have to understand and remember
- with reference to the financial economic management of remunerative activities, the processes of value creation in economic, social and environmental terms, the assessment of the implicit remunerations of the factors contributed by the entrepreneur, the evaluation of the convenience of economic choices.
- with reference to Project Management, how to meet the needs of customers, how to solve problems, how to communicate and enhance their skills and expertise.
These theoretical foundations will have to be illustrated with appropriate technical terminology. The next step will be to apply these concepts in practical cases.
