The websites we know, both the more complex ones like Facebook and those of small businesses, are developed using web frameworks. These are tools that improve the effectiveness and quality of the development process, but they involve the use of constructs and concepts not covered in normal programming courses. This course is an introduction to the use of web frameworks based on "learning by doing": we'll learn how to use a web framework to understand how the others work.
