This course will supply the essential elements for a good knowledge of monogastric animals (horse , pig) and polygastric animals ( cow, sheep , buffalo) breeding technologies with particular attention to production and different organization sectors, to the different national and european breeding characteristics.
Animal welfare , morpho-functional , aptitude to different productive destinations and performances were particularly considered and developed.
