The module will provide an advanced knowledge of digital law, focusing on the specific issues of taxation, intellectual property management and information archiving in the digital environment. This module provides an understanding of the fundamental elements of internal, international and European tax law, and explores the issues and difficulties linked to the emergence of a tax system in relation to digital activities.
