Learning outcomes
The course deals with constitutional study of Italian constitutional Law and the general principles of administrative law. In particular it analyses: a) the notion of “law”, “system” and “State”; b) the Italian Constitution and the constitutional system of sources of law; c) the State system; d) the local autonomies. The course will also deal with the European integration and with the problematic nature of the European Union system of government and with the debate on the European Constitution.
The educational objectives of the program are to provide the basic education in public law; to realize the effective understanding and utilization of juridical language and instruments, especially related with the sources of law; to improve the ability to combine knowledge with ability to think critically.
