The course covers nanoscale electron devices and the technology for their fabrication, both from the point of view of the ultra-scaled traditional CMOS approach and from that of innovative approaches based on quantum properties or on non-conventional materials, such as graphene. The considered applications will include flexible and wearable electronics, as well as energy harvesting.
