The teaching course aims to approach the students to the fundamentals of metrology, to the theory of measurement uncertainty, and to the main measurement methods. Furthermore, the course offers basic knowledge on the principle of operation of typical laboratory instruments and on the errors in the analog/digital conversion. Theoretical classes and laboratory experiences are foreseen.
