Will be in the first part to focus on general pharmacological aspects, providing the students the knowledge of basic principles of pharmacodynamics and pharmackinetics both under a qualitative and a quantitative point of view, necessary for developing effective and safe therapeutic regimens; in the second one, will be performed an excursus on some relevant neurotransmitter and endogenous mediator systems, their enzymes, receptors, transduction signals and the relevance in diseases indicating the therapeutic role played by drugs acting on such systems.
