The course of Applied Pharmacology aims to describe some experimental models in vitro, ex vivo and in vivo used in the various phases of the preclinical experimentation of a drug, according to the guidelines and the law DL26/2014 . Moreover, students will be introduced to the analysis of experimental data for the calculation of pEC50 and efficacy parameters. Laboratory experiences will be planned.
