The educational objectives of this course aim to enrich the skills of the pharmacy graduate with the more purely health aspects that characterize the profession: role of the pharmacist in therapeutic adherence, management of chronic patients in pharmacy with particular attention to special categories such as the elderly , the child, pregnant women, pharmacist's advice on drugs and supplements, monitoring of interactions, the therapeutic reconciliation, measurement (with simulation) of blood pressure, glycemia, cholesterolemia and telemedicine.
