Learning outcomes

The course aim is to teach the complex process of comunication drawing verbal and nonverbal aspects and motivation. The course gives to the student the principal communication paradigms, in particular:
- verbal and nonverbal communication
- pragmatics of communication: relational aspects and mediated interactions
- the persuasive communication.
The course also explains the professional aspects of the scientific informer, methods of work organization, description of work instruments, describes the procedures that allow a correct approach to meet physicians of general medicine or specialists, the evaluation of data on distribution and sale of drugs. Besides, informations are given on the pharmaceutical industry organization and the relative territorial branching.
The course is aimed to give a general description of informer working activity in the assigned territory and its integration with other professional figures according to industry instructions.
