The course aims at providing students with theoretical knowledge and application of the main chromatographic
analytical methods used in chemical and chemical-toxicological analysis to ensure the compliance to good quality requirements of foods, drugs and health
products, as well as raw materials, in agreement to the national and international regulation, with a particular focus on validation procedures.
