The aim of course is to provide the basic knowledge and the operational skill in fundamental biochemical methods such as: centrifugation, different types of chromatography and electrophoresis (discontinuous, bidimensional and capillary), and spectrophotometry. Different techniques of radiochemistry, immunochemistry and protein purification will be also shown.
