Competences: acquisition of a general vision (at the plant, organ and cell level) of plant metabolism and of the interconnections between synthesis and degradation processes.
Skills: ability to solve a thermodynamic problem, to identify biochemical processes directly or indirectly linked to wine production, to use the basic analytical tools of a biochemical laboratory
