Learning outcomes

Knowledge: origin and systematics, morphology, propagation and phenology of the vine;
constitution of vines, biotypes and clones; ampelography; physiological factors and phenomena that influence the productivity and the qualitative characteristics of the grapes.
Competences: ampelographic, vegetative propagation, structure analysis of the vine plant,
analysis of the main quanti-qualitative parameters of production
Skills: recognition of the main vines, survey of the phenological phases, critical analysis of the
source-sink interactions and relationships between the main organs of the plant and their effects on vegetative-productive equilibrium.
