Learning outcomes

The student who completes the course successfully will be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of the main issues related to weather and climate aspects that influence crop production, to the dynamic relationship existing among soil, water, and plants, and to the cultivation and management of agricultural systems with ecological and environmental perspectives. He or she will acquire knowledge of agricultural systems organization, will be able to analyze climate and soil properties and correlate them to plant cultivation, in order to apply the best agronomic practices for each crop.
