Learning outcomes
The class aims to describe the effects on global warming (GW) produced by agricultural systems (crop production and animal husbandry) analyzing greenhouse gas emission (GHGs) from agricultural practices both at crop and livestock level. After the analysis of the impacts, the class will look at the adaptation strategies and the mitigation techniques able to reduce GW from agriculture. The class will analyze both consolidate and innovative techniques suitable in reducing GHGs emission from agricultural systems.
