Students will acquire skills in the use of sensors and models for the monitoring of the functional status of the system. Ability to assess crop response to biotic/abiotic stresses using instrumentation based on energy-matter interactions. Acquire awareness of the limits of operation, the effect of the spatial and temporal scale on the biophysical processes under monitoring, as well as the importance of the calibration and validation procedures of the instruments under studying.
