Lab is aimed to: (i) analyze a circular economy problem and to design an intervention strategy to address it, considering its impacts, its costs and its benefits, and to write a technical report; (ii) appraise the main concepts, and the related legislation, regarding the traceability and certification of agri-food products; (iii) design traceability and certification interventions adhering to existing legislation; Living Labs can be defined as user-centered, open innovation ecosystems based on systematic user co- creation approach, integrating research and innovation processes in real life communities and settings.
