Learning outcomes

To appraise the food system and its actors, activities, impacts
Students will learn the concept of the food system in a business, supply chain and systemic vision. They will also learn how to acquire and analyze data on production and consumption, and on the main trends in the world.
Analyze the functioning of agri-food systems
Students will be able to learn concepts such as vertical and horizontal coordination, and will be able to carry out supply chain analysis on the main agri-food sectors.
Building the development strategies of the agri-food company
Students will be able to analyze the "business models" of agri-food companies, and will be able to develop competitive strategies in a context of corporate social responsibility.
