The course aims at providing a framework of constitutional profiles that involve freedom of expression, the power to inform and communicate, including limits, explicit and implicit, the particularities of the journalistic profession, and the reflections of the development of Internet and electronic communications. The student will learn to seek in the sources of law the basis of the answers provided by the jurisprudence, wich is more and more often called to solve difficult problems of balancing between the rights involved.
