Learning outcomes

The course empowers the understanding of advanced topics in social psychology of work and organizations. The student will be able to master the main techniques of recruiting and selection processes, to conduct and evaluate the organizational climate aimed at analyzing training needs in specific areas and plan the design and delivery of training activities and programs of empowerment to individuals and groups within organizations and community, monitoring outcomes for the redesign. He/she will be able to coordinate work teams for community and organizational intervention accordingly orientation processes and counseling and to develop specific professional skills for the evaluation of psychosocial risks , planning and monitoring ergonomics corrective actions within the community and the work organization.
