Through an analysis of the main theoretical approach, the course aims to provide knowledge of the educational and training systems and school organization, highlighting the distortions: the educational segregation, the high school dropouts, the low percentages of graduates and so on. Then by analyzing critically the system as an agency of socialization, the course aims to provide skills on the construction of an innovative teaching and content attentive to gender differences and to the contribution of women's knowledge, in the light of social changes.
