The students of this course will have the opportunity to learn the main concepts and methods of Human Geography and, especially, to understand the interaction between human groups and space
starting from the meaning of “region” and the diversity of human behaviours. Besides, they will learn also the main themes of population geography, with particular reference to migration
models, population changes, migratory fluxes evolution and their impact on the territory.
