Learning outcomes
The course describes the economic essentials that explain and examine the international trade of goods and services. In addition, the course addresses the monetary and financial international relationships. The main objective is to provide some useful tools to describe and comprehend the major international economic events. These competences, once achieved by students, will permit, on the one hand, the continuation of studies regarding technical aspects of international trade or an in depth analysis of the covered topics. On the other, should the student enter directly the labor market, the acquired skills will ensure a substantial ability to understand and follow the main commercial transactions that take place between different countries.
