A good knowledge of English is a desirable asset in many professional situations. For this reason, the degree course provides students with the opportunity to achieve the following goals: to consolidate the knowledge acquired in previous studies, typically during middle and high school; to improve communication skills, as regards both the written and spoken language; to become familiar with the language which characterizes some of the disciplines and thematic areas in the social and political sciences.
