The course aims to provide students with a framework of the constitutional system of fundamental human rights and protection mechanisms, in particular as a result of common jurisdiction and the activities of the Constitutional Court. The student learns thereby to place social phenomena in their legal framework (of public law and in particular), understanding the correlations.
