Learning outcomes
The course aims to provide to students the required theoretical testing and methodological knowledge according to the Theories and techniques of interview and questionnaire for conducting a quantitative and qualitative empirical investigation, with a focus on the practical implications inherent to the issues of social research and social services management. A series of intervention possibilities arise from the application of these techniques (i.e., in the interpersonal, family, environmental, community, intercultural context) , such as the conduction of an action-research intervention as a means for
