The student who successfully completes the course will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of the more relavant categories of administrative organisation, administrative action and judicial review (public entities; human resources in public administrations; the administrative procedure law; public procurement;
the liability and accountability of public administrations; civil and Administrative Courts). He or she will be able to look critically at traditional mode of the activities of the Public Administration as tools to study relationship between citizen and Public Administration.
