The course will analyse, under a comparative perspective, the development of the political structures and the government processes in the contemporary context. The course develops a in-depth analysis of connections and mutual shaping between institutions, political actors and cultural transformations. The course aims at helping students gain a deeper understanding of the history of the State and of the political power.
