Learning outcomes
The course has the aim of training future civil servants of the public administration (and of associations and entities carrying out research or promoting culture) to foster the economic and social development of regional and sub-regional entities.
The course aims also to train the personnel of the NGOs who work in the area of development cooperation. The students who will follow the course will be able to know the working of the EU institutions and of its decision-making, the sources of EU law, their effects within the national legal order and of the rights of European citizens.
